At our 10,000 square foot warehouse and maintenance facility in Pompano Beach, we construct, maintain, and repair our entire fleet. Heading up the operation at the facility is our Shop Supervisor, Jeff Hamilton.
Our vessels must be ready to respond at any time. Preventative maintenance and repairs are necessary to keep the fleet in prime condition. Jeff completes a multitude of tasks, including basic oil changes, zinc replacement, bottom painting, and fabricating custom parts for our vessels.
Custom metal fabrication is a large part of the construction that is done at our facility. We house a sand blaster, band saws, welder, plasma cutter, hydraulic press and metal lathe that enable us to fabricate many custom parts as well as provide effective methods to preserve existing parts on our vessels.
Jeff and his staff are also available 24 hours a day to perform machinery preservation services on boats that have been salvaged by our crew. We have the tools and supplies on hand to perform these operations directly after the salvage operation is complete in an effort to maintain the value of the vessel's engines and machinery for our customers. Our 10,000 square foot warehouse also has plenty of secure space to store salvaged boats that are awaiting customer pickup or inspection by a surveyor or adjuster.
Our 5,000 square foot Office and Dispatch Center sits adjacent to the maintenance facility in Pompano Beach. The space was custom built with the growth of the company in mind.
The facility houses our Dispatch Center, which features state of the art VHF and UHF communications systems along with AIS receivers and up to the minute fleet tracking software. These systems ensure that we can clearly communicate with our customers and with our staff while they are out on the water.
Radio over Internet Protocol technology allows our dispatchers to receive and transmit using high sites in four locations throughout South Florida and the Bahamas. All of these systems have been built with an ultimate goal of 100% customer satisfaction. The server room hosts all of the company's accounting, dispatching and communications hardware in a climate-controlled atmosphere and all of our systems are backed up with a stand by diesel generator, allowing us to get to work in the unfortunate event of a hurricane or other natural disaster.

Your guys did a great job on our charter at Port Canaveral. We had rough weather, major schedule changes, and other challenges, but never heard a single compliant. Adrian, Brendan, Tom, Ben, and Zach all were right on the spot when we needed the crane or captain or another boat movement. And the food... that was the best run of good food I think I've ever has in my life! Every single meal was both healthy and delicious.
